Definitions

• Contract
  The distance contract concluded between the company and the customer for the purchase of products via the website. The Agreement is governed by these general terms and conditions.

• Customer
  Any natural person acting for purposes outside his trade, business, craft or professional activities and who purchases or may purchase Products through the Website. 

• Intellectual property

1. Intellectual property is defined as: all information mentioned on suitsherwell.be - including but not limited to brands, logos, videos, audio, photographs, images, drawings, texts, data, ... - which is protected by intellectual property rights, such as copyrights.

2. You acknowledge and accept that all intellectual property of suitsherwell.be, is and remains the exclusive property of suitsherwell.be or third parties providing such property, such as partners from suitsherwell.be.

3. You are not permitted to use, edit or distribute any content of the suitsherwell.be in any way without the express written consent of suitsherwell.be.

4. The name SUITSHERWELL is protected, as well as its logo.
