Exchange/return

In case you are not fully satisfied with your ready-to-wear purchase and you need to return it, please be aware of the fact that all items must be returned in the condition that they were received:

  • in original packaging
  • with all original tags attached
  • un-used & unwashed
  • undamaged
  • without any alterations (in original condition)
  • customized items are not returnable
  • we can't accept returns on sale items or gift cards

 

How to exchange/return?

 

  1. Inform us by sending an e-mail to info@suitsherwell.com to get your authorization for returning your item and a specific return adress that will fit your needs best. Keep in mind that there's a withdrawal period of 14 days (this period starts on the day on which the customer or a third party designated by him has received the goods).
  2. Send your product with the return request and bank account to the return adress. Keep in mind that you must cover the shipping charges. We do not refund shipping charges, unless the return is due to a mistake on our behalf. We are not responsible for any lost product during the returned shipping so we advice you to use a tracking service at any time.
  3. The refund will take place only after the returned goods have been received and undergone a quality control check. SUITSHERWELL will refund all payments received from the customer within 14 days from the day on which it is informed of the customer’s decision to withdraw from the contract. Under the condition that we have already received the goods. We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
  4. Shipping cost for exchanges are not included and come at a cost of 10 euros.
